Design strategy and innovation of massage appliances product/Midea
This project aims to provide newly established massage appliances department of Midea with full set of design strategy and plan for segmented products in four major brand-new product lines through deep insight in the development trend of future markets and products. The biggest challenge of this project is to help the client get rid of inherent thinking model in massage appliances industry, organize all segmentation demands and finally work out product direction and design plan which can win segment market shares quickly.
